NJ Registry

for position onlyChild Care Connection encourages all early childhood professionals to join the Professional Impact New Jersey Registry for Childhood Professionals.

The NJ Registry is an on-line database which records and recognizes a person's education, training, and work experience in the field of early childhood education. The goal of the Registry is to help participants track their annual professional development hours while providing data about the NJ early childhood workforce.  Students can also register for classes through the Registry. Joining the Registry is now simpler than ever since it is done on-line and there is no membership fee.  Active members can print their membership card, Certificate of Recognition, and an Education and Training Report, which is a summary of any degrees, certifications, college experience, and credentials they have, as well as any trainings attended.

To become a member of the PINJ Registry, follow these steps:

1) Go to

2) Click on Register Now on the right-hand side and proceed by entering the requested user information. The e-mail address you enter will serve as your User Name. You will be asked to choose a password. Note: If you get a message that says, "this e-mail already exists in the NJ Registry ...," go back to the home page and click Trouble Logging In? Re-enter the same e-mail address, and your password will be e-mailed to you.

3) Click Continue with Registration and continue to enter the required information.

4) Once you have entered all of the required information, click Request Enrollment Now; a validation link will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Log into your e-mail, open the Login Support e-mail from PINJ, and click the validation link.

5) Lot into your PINJ Registry account using the full e-mail address you provided and the password you created.

6) E-mail or mail your required documents to PINJ within 60 days. Note: Your registration is temporary until PINJ receives and processes your documentation. If your documents are not received within 60 days, you will be denied access to workshop registration through PINJ.

Once you are a member, registering for free training is easy:

1) Sign in to your account using the e-mail address you provided as your user name, as well as the password you created;

2) On the left-hand menu, select Find Training;

3) Search by Sponsor and select Child Care Connection;

4) Find your training of choice and click;

5) Proceed through enrollment to confirmation.

*You may register for paid workshops through PINJ as well. Simply follow the steps above, and mail or drop off payment to Child Care Connection.
